- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition you received them.
- Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Unfortunately, some items are final sale:

- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items

- Get Authorization: Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return authorization if your item is eligible.
- Ship It Back: Securely pack your item and send it to the return address our team provides.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If return shipping applies, it may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or style? The quickest way to get what you want is to:
- Initiate a return for your original item following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry!
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include photos of the issue along with your order number.
- We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:
- First, double-check your bank account.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times can vary.
